Recently my mom and I have been staging this journey of health and fitness meaning we get up early at around 5am and walk. At times it’s up and down the road, and another time I’m on my own channeling videos from fitness blender or Johanna Soh on youtube, and beasting my skinny bod with 6lbs dumb bells.





But apart from the overall exercise I have a newfound adoration for early mornings. I’m in love with the quietness, and the wholesomeness of knowing people are still drawing soft breaths. I enjoy seeing the dew on the grass, watching birds emerge from their nests, feeling the cool air on my arm and experiencing the crisp feeling of a new morning.




Yet, I believe the greatest asset of the early morning exercise routine is having a head start to the day. All the tasks and work which I have to get done are tackled early and completed before the predicted time.


Have you ever felt that or have a relatable feeling- the excitement of a new morning? I feel it every time and there’s a surge of energy afterwards. I just want to get moving. Although sometimes I do get tired and will have a little nap but I still awake feeling pretty satisfied. So, guys are you an early morning riser and if so, how do you spend your mornings?
